Delete your account
An account only exists if you bought premium and signed in for backup. The free app has no account to delete — uninstalling it removes everything it stored.
In the app
- Open Settings.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
This permanently removes your account, your email address, and the library held with it — watches, ratings and owned copies. Anyone you had invited to family sharing loses access at the same time. It cannot be undone.
If you can’t sign in
Send a deletion request through the contact form, from the email address on the account. Choose Privacy or my data as the topic and say that you want the account deleted. Requests are actioned within 30 days.
What stays behind
Your purchase record belongs to the app store, not to Rwnd, so deleting the account does not remove it — and it means you can sign in again later without paying twice. The copy of your library on your own device is untouched by account deletion; uninstalling the app removes that.
